An evening in Columbia South Carolina... August 31st, Bebe Davis was out in the Metro City with Aaron Clay, bassist. It was SUPPOSE to be an evening of catching up on the latest, getting away from the big crowd, vibing, and listening to some live music! SUPPOSE is the KEY word here! Destination: MACS ON MAIN, a cool spot in the heart of the Metro where you can hear LIVE MUSIC all week. OWNER: CHEF FATBACK! Chef FATBACK is originally from Atlanta Georgia! I called earlier to get my name on the list because the venue is very intimate, classic supper club groove.

After being seated, grooving to the band Electric Voodoo for the evening, CHEF FATBACK came over to our table, and get this Chef FATBACK is a MUSICIAN! We're all vibing and then... Next! Bebe was back to work, clicking with my camera, doing audio and AC was in a Jam Session live on stage with Electric Voodoo and Chef Fatback!

Totally Unscripted! You gotta love and respect people who love music and their journalistic life! We had a good time!

An evening in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Post Jazz Entertainment Presented Joey Sommerville, Featuring Eric Essix, Ron James and Khat Phud Band. Trumpeter Joey Sommerville (Headliner) gave a riveting performance to a packed audience Saturday September 8, 2007. Smooth Jazz sounds flowed throughout the evening as consummate professionals took the stage together. Tunes played were Floetry's "Say Yes', The Jackson 5 was covered, Earth, Wind and Fire, and of course the evening would not be complete without cover songs from Sommerville's CD's "Like You Mean It", "Ride To This" and so much, much more! Crowd participation was welcomed, Sommerville made his way off stage to dazzle the fans, it was just a terrific time in Winston-Salem North Carolina.

We have to give it up to Eric Essix the youngest man ever inducted into THE ALABAMA HALL OF FAME. Essix gave the crowd a riveting solo, which we are going to give you the audio live. If you have not witness this musician's flow and watch

Oh yeah, we got some video for you on this beautiful evening of Sights/Sounds. Sax Man Ron James worked his magic, definitely keeping the hype alive on stage along with Sommerville. Both going back and forth with each other, simply an entertaining evening on the real. Aaron Clay, on bass awesome! Those Facial Expressions as he Zones - KILLA!
Mr. Jorel Flynn aka J-Fly! Wow! Like what can we say, magnificant on drums! You gotta see this man to truly believe

It was an evening of Funk, Rock, and so much Soul at Club Tempo in Charlotte North Carolina Friday December 28, 2007.
We thank the entire Professional Staff of Tempo for OnPointt.com's Media Access and granting the one on one I'View with Recording Artist BILAL. This evening's event was also brought together by Seagrams Gin and Martell.

Bilal took to the stage around Midnight, he performed Soul Sister, Love Poems, Can't Let You Go and more! I really loved the way he gave the musicians and background singers really good solo time, just a well rounded musician himself, not selfish with the stage, just a great show, very well put together. Attendance was great, the audience was really feeling every song and the way Bilal entranced and engaged the audience really cannot be put into complete words. It was one of those moments that you really had to be there to take it all in. Gone are the signature locks but what remains is truth and light.
