FUSION TAKES ON I Romantic Evenings I Let Food, Wine And Great Romance Rule!
We all could use romance in our life. Romantic dinners sets the stage for a great evening. Start moderately full and end the evening both being fullfilled and sated! Sure you could go out for the evening, but creating a great ambience at home is more intimate. Start off with a great CD. We have some reccomendations:
*MUSIC-- RARE BUT EFFECTIVE BET ON JAZZ PRESENTS, 'Jazz Now' and BET ON JAZZ PRESENTS, 'For The Love Of Jazz'. Both CD's are great! You have some jazz greats on both CD's; Flora Purim, Keiko Matsui, Terrence Blanchard, DD Jackson, Acoustic Alchemy, Claudia Acuna and more! If you are into something a little more erotic, try PRINCE ( burn some slow jams, International Lover, Scandalous, Adore etc. ) mixed with some Lenny Kravitz, set the mood more with candles, incense, and then let's move on to the theme for the evening. *THEME-- Think Nights Of Arabia, Pale Moonlight Moves ( we made this up, thank you ), Dominating Minx or Master, Kama Sutra Night, think out of the box!
*DINNER SUGGESTIONS-- With appetizers, you can really be very creative here, without spending too much time in the kitchen.
There is a rice called FORBIDDEN RICE, The Emporeor's Exclusive Grain. Todayprized for it's rich nutritional and medicinal value, this EXOTIC BLACK RICE can be cooked and enjoyed in only 30 minutes. FORBIDDEN RICE'S nutty taste and soft texture is declicious and the beautiful DARK PURPLE COLOR looks exquisite on your plate.
HOW DO YOU OBTAIN THIS EXOTIC RICE?
We're not inviting Bugs Bunny to be a third party but we are inviting you to take into consideration, his favorite food, THE CARROT. Forbid that you even think about using canned carrots, use the fresh produce for your romantic evening! Keep the carrots elongnated, adding fennell (sliced), olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and add in one cup of chicken broth to a roasting pan. We suggest using four carrott sticks out of the bunch. Roast for about 40 minutes at 300 degrees. During the last 15 minutes add in sliced almonds or pignoli nuts. If allergic to nuts, do not add. The blending of the herbs, the fennell, the carrots, will really make this dish delicioso!
For choices of meat, we suggest a nice Chicken Breast, adding in great herbs. Keep it simple.
PLATING-- Serve up the rice, the carrots, and chicken and for a bonus... sprinkle lightly NUTMEG, over your carrots and chicken. It will give the dish a kick and your lovey dovey will be wondering, what is that (unless they are really in the know of what is really what ).
DESSERT--Grapes (adding in white and red grapes will look so good as well as taste great). Move the grapes to the bedroom. Open, drop, kiss, and enjoy!
If you like something more decadent, by all means, do the chocolate. Chocolate is an aphrodisiac, a turn on for sure.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS FOR A LOVELY ROMANTIC EVENING AFTER THE DINNER
A nice massage sets the tone, a foot rub very nice, a shower even better, a temple massage unique and effective, feathers in the bedroom... need we say more?

WHITE WINE-- FOR THIS MEAL YOU CAN DO A RIESLING, MUSCAT****, PINOT GRIGIO, SAUVIGNON BLANC
CHAMPANGE-- ENDLESS CHOICES, do whatever best fits your budge. Keep it simple, elegant, cost effective and ROMANTIC!
